Projects Update

In our last update for Woodland, we shared that efforts were underway on the Redline Draft Plan submission, as well as Phase 4 of the archaeological study.

Currently, a significant development in the Woodland project involves the sanitary pumping station. Initially, we planned to connect to our neighbouring lot’s pumping station. However, after further discussions with the County, we have been granted permission to explore alternative solutions. This is a positive outcome, as it allows us more flexibility in finding a solution tailored to the site’s needs.

We have also submitted the geotechnical report and are currently engaged in an ongoing back-and-forth with the City to address their comments. Overall, the project is progressing steadily, and we’re actively addressing challenges to ensure continued success.
