Wilson Street

The Wilson Street project has advanced steadily through the Site Plan Approval process. Following the initiation of the project coordination meeting, the full consultant team was retained, including planning, civil, architectural, surveying, traffic, and ecological consultants, allowing work to proceed efficiently toward submission.

The architect completed a revised site plan to reflect updated building proportions, consolidated site entrance, required setbacks and easements, the existing hydro pole, and the front yard landscape strip. In parallel, a Watermain Hydraulic Analysis was commissioned to support the submission. With all technical materials prepared, final coordination and internal review were completed to confirm readiness.

The Site Plan Application was formally submitted on October 22, 2025, and was deemed complete by City staff shortly thereafter. City review comments were received and reviewed through a series of coordination meetings with the consultant team. The final meeting with City staff and consultants took place on December 17, 2025, and the City has indicated that conditional Site Plan Approval is expected to be issued shortly before the holiday period.
