In our last update, we shared that the first Zoning By-law Amendment submission was made on October 28, 2025, supported by a refined design introducing a total of ninety-two residential units. The revised concept was developed to improve efficiency, incorporate value engineering, and optimize density while remaining aligned with City requirements.
Since then, the City has confirmed the formal approval pathway for the application. The Planning Committee is scheduled to vote on the Zoning By-law Amendment on January 6th, 2026, with the application advancing to Municipal Council on January 20th, 2026. These scheduled meetings provide clear visibility on timing and represent a key step toward securing zoning approval and advancing the project into the next phase.
