Projects Update

Thorburn Crossing is continuing to move forward well, with significant developments on both the model home and commercial fronts.

Model Home Application: We are currently awaiting City approval for the model home application. Approval is pending the execution of the pre-servicing agreement, with the deadline extended, giving us the necessary time to finalize the necessary agreements. Once this step is completed, we will be able to proceed with construction, marking a key milestone in our sales strategy. The model home will provide a stunning showcase, offering potential buyers a tangible vision of the community to come.

Commercial Development: On the commercial side, we are taking the necessary steps to move the project forward. The Site Plan Application (SPA) is currently on hold until the approval of the draft plan of subdivision is received. In the meantime, we are working diligently behind the scenes to prepare for the next stages.

We are also in the process of scheduling a meeting with the county to discuss the servicing cost estimate and to clarify the current site services situation. Additionally, we are preparing for the registration of the pre-servicing and external works agreements, with coordination efforts between the team and the county progressing smoothly. This work is integral to setting the stage for the upcoming phases of development.
