Projects Update

We are pleased to provide a comprehensive update on the progress of Phase 2 of the Ambrose Project.

At present, our focus lies on obtaining approval for the addition of stacked townhomes comprising 8 units, a significant milestone in our development journey.

Having successfully concluded the pre-construction phase, our team promptly submitted the Site Plan Control in September 2023. Subsequently, our attention turned towards securing the Minor Variance for the setbacks of the second buildings, a crucial aspect refined based on constructive feedback from the city. This modified plan was resubmitted on November 14th, 2023.

While we encountered opposition from the city council regarding our Minor Variance application, we chose to pursue a cooperative appeal with the OLT, which culminated in a favorable hearing on March 25th. Presently, we are in anticipation of their decision, expected by Q2 but could lead into Q3 of this year. Upon receiving approval, we will promptly update our site plan, propelling us towards the building permit stage, projected for finalization by the end Q2 2024.
