Projects Update

In our last update for the Ambrose Condos, we highlighted that the project is nearing construction completion, with occupancy beginning in April.

We are now extremely proud to announce that the Ambrose Condos project has officially reached completion and full occupancy. With all exterior and interior work now finalized, this milestone marks the successful delivery of our very first mid-rise condominium development.

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication, expertise, and unwavering support of our partners and team. We are deeply grateful for your partnership throughout every phase of this journey.

To celebrate this major milestone, we will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Ceremony this fall. Formal invitations will be sent out in the coming weeks, and we hope you will join us to mark this exciting moment together.
