Projects Update

In our last update for the Ambrose Condos, we highlighted the completion of the concrete and structural steel work, along with significant progress on roofing and interior framing. We are now extremely happy to announce that the project is nearing construction completion, with occupancy having already started as of April 7th.

The building envelope is now fully sealed and interior work is being finalized across all levels.
We are pleased to share that we have successfully received occupancy for floors P1 through 5, with floors 6 and 7 on track to follow in the coming weeks. Full occupancy for floors 8 through 10 is targeted for the end of June, marking a significant milestone for the project.

Our focus is now shifting to the amenity spaces, including the gym and party room, which will be completed in the next phase. These areas will further enhance the lifestyle offering at Ambrose and complete the vision for this vibrant.
