Projects Update

We have received partial comments from the City on the Site Plan Application (SPA) submission for Upper Ottawa, and we are currently on hold as we address the feedback provided.

Our team is actively reviewing these comments to ensure that the necessary revisions are made and to keep the project moving forward.

We are pleased to share that we are in active discussions with Tim Hortons to relocate them to the adjacent property, which had previously been an obstacle for this project. The existing lease, set to expire in 2031, posed some challenges, but we are now working collaboratively to resolve the terms and conditions. This positive development will allow us to move forward with the project as planned, without compromising the number of units. We are excited about the progress and the path ahead.

As we proceed with these updates and revisions, we remain optimistic about receiving the necessary approvals and are confident in our ability to move forward with the project.
