As we approach the close of 2024, the Station 60 project continues to move forward with strong momentum.

While we’ve encountered a few challenges along the way, we remain committed to delivering a high-quality development that aligns with our vision and regulatory standards.

Over the past few months, we have been refining our Site Plan, building on the strong foundation established by our development team earlier this year. Additionally, we are in negotiations with the city for a DC (development charges) exemption. In the meantime, we have finalized the selection of the company that will handle the remediation of the contamination. As you know, we have secured Conditional Site Plan Approval, with an extended timeline for condition clearance now set for March 2, 2025, providing us the flexibility needed to address any remaining requirements. We are optimistic about breaking ground by Q3 2025 and are transitioning the project into apartments to better align with market demands.

Our team is diligently working towards a resubmission of the site plan, ensuring all aspects align with the most up-to-date standards and feedback from the city and we have made significant headway with several critical aspects of the project. The architectural team has been refining our plans, continuing to elevate the aesthetic and functionality of the space.

We remain confident that with our continued efforts and collaboration with experts, Station 60 will be positioned for success in the coming year.
