In our last update, we noted that our development team was working on refining project details for the Shaver project.

Now, due to evolving market conditions, we’ve transitioned the Shaver project to a freehold townhouse product with larger units. This change has triggered a Zoning Compliance Review, which is currently underway. All revised drawings have been submitted and are being coordinated with our consulting team.

Once the review is complete, we will proceed with the Site Plan Application (SPA) and aim to begin construction as soon as approvals allow. The site plan has been thoughtfully updated, with each townhouse now featuring a private garage and driveway, adding both convenience and long-term value for future residents.
