RYMAL ROAD PROJECT
HAMILTON

17.11.2025

In our last update for the Rymal Road project, we shared that the Site Plan Application had been submitted and was under City review.

Since then, the project has continued to progress through the review process. The consultant team is actively addressing the City’s comments and coordinating revisions to the drawings in preparation for the next resubmission cycle. These efforts are focused on resolving outstanding items efficiently and maintaining steady momentum toward approval.

The project remains ahead of the anticipated schedule, with conditional Site Plan Approval now expected by end of December. Once obtained, this milestone will allow the team to advance the preparation of building permit drawings and will provide a three-year approval period. Additionally, there are options to extend the approval period, offering flexibility to manage any unexpected challenges that may arise during the project’s execution.

Our team continues to work closely with the City and consultants to ensure a smooth transition into the next stages of approval and permitting. Our team intends to submit the Shoring and Foundation permit applications concurrently with the Site Plan Approval resubmission. We anticipate getting the Shoring and Foundation permits by the end of March 2026.

We look forward to the project’s continued momentum in 2026.
