We have received conditions of draft approval from almost every department, with the exception of the tree planting plan.
The resubmission is pending an updated tree planting plan, which was sent to the City and we are awaiting feedback.
The City has the Engineering Package, and feedback on the cost estimates is still required from them.
City staff are now supportive of the development and have provided the conditions of approval from Natural Heritage. They are currently drafting the positive staff report, with completion expected in January 2025. The City is set to sign the By-law amendment in Q1 2025 (tentative).
