Rosewood Estates (Lux)

In our last update, we noted that the City had issued a positive staff report recommending approval of the development for Rosewood Estates. We are now scheduled to appear before Council on April 29, at which time the project will be brought to a vote. Pending a successful outcome, the Draft Plan of Subdivision will be approved.
Upon draft plan approval, the project will be subject to Draft Plan Conditions, which outline the specific technical, servicing, and regulatory requirements to be satisfied prior to final registration. Many of these conditions have already been anticipated and addressed in earlier phases of planning. Our team is currently coordinating with engineering consultants and municipal staff to finalize the required documentation and reports.
Once conditions are cleared, we will move toward registration and servicing. Timing for launch will be evaluated based on prevailing market conditions, with sales potentially commencing in the coming months. Our objective is to have at least six lots under construction by year-end, subject to permitting and absorption rates.
