Projects Update

In our last update for Riverview, we noted the commencement of site alteration work for the project, marking an exciting transition into the early stages of physical development. We noted that we were hoping to get home construction off the ground as early as the beginning of June.

We are pleased to share that we have received our building permit approval, completed all site servicing, and officially commenced full construction. In addition, securing our subdivision agreement marks a significant milestone for the project. We are targeting completion of the first few blocks by Q1 2026.
