We are proud to share another major milestone for Elite Developments.
We have officially broken ground at Riverview - a family-focused community featuring an 81 freehold townhome subdivision, set amidst the picturesque countryside in Caledonia.
In our last update for the Riverview project, we shared that construction had commenced following the completion of site servicing and the receipt of initial building permit approvals. Since then, the project has continued to advance steadily through both the permitting and construction phases. As required for subdivision developments, building permits are being processed on a block-by-block basis. To date, building permits have been secured for Blocks 1A, 1C, and 4A, and permit drawings for all remaining blocks have been submitted to the County. The team is actively working with the County and expects to secure approvals for the balance of the blocks before the end of the year, further de-risking the construction schedule.
With site servicing now complete, construction activities across the approved blocks are progressing well and remain aligned with the project schedule. This staged permitting and construction approach allows for controlled execution while maintaining flexibility and capital efficiency as the development continues to scale.
