Projects Update

In our last update for Riverview, we noted the successful completion of the cut and fill, as well as the preloading phases of the site. We have now officially commenced site alteration work for the project, marking an exciting transition into the early stages of physical development. We remain on schedule with servicing and we are hoping to get home construction off the ground as early as the beginning of June.

We are also looking to launch the second phase of sales in the spring.

In the meantime, we had to make changes to our drawings with regards to the storm pond, which was accepted by the city and we are currently going through subdivision agreements. This is an ongoing process with the city so we can accommodate the phase 1 and phase 2 launch. While it has been accepted by the city, it is still under review.
