Projects Update

In our last update for Oakwood, we noted that we were progressing toward the Building Permit application.

The full building permit package, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical, has now been completed.

On the sales front, key marketing materials are now in place: the sales brochures have been finalized, site signage has been installed (see attached), and our external brokerage team has completed the pricing strategy. We are targeting a spring launch for sales, pending market conditions, and will share a formal announcement once sales officially commence.

Oakwood continues to move forward at a great pace as we progress through the Site Plan Approval (SPA) stage. Moving forward, we are focused on clearing the 40 SPA conditions, each of which is essential for advancing to the next stage. Our team is working diligently to address these conditions, ensuring that every detail is taken care of for a smooth approval process.
