In our last update for the Oakwood project, we shared that the final Permit and Tender drawing set had been received and reviewed, the required R-Plan for road widening had been deposited with the Land Registry Office, and the Site Plan Agreement had been received and was ready for execution. We also noted that the project was positioned to advance into the permitting and tendering phases.
Since then, additional requirements related to the Site Plan Agreement are being finalized. Specifically, the road widening transfer and parkland dedication appraisal are currently in progress, forming part of the remaining SPA obligations. These steps are procedural in nature and are being managed in parallel to maintain momentum toward permitting.
Overall, the project remains well positioned to proceed into the building permit phase once these final SPA items are completed. With respect to sales, the sales package has been finalized and all marketing materials are fully prepared, positioning the project to launch efficiently in the new year.
