Projects Update

In our last update for Oakwood, we were happy to share that the full building permit package, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical, was completed.

On the sales front, key marketing materials were set in place - the sales brochures were  finalized, site signage was installed, and our external brokerage team completed the pricing strategy.

The full Permit and Tender drawing set has been received from the architect and all other design consultants. The package has been reviewed by Elite and is now ready for the next stage of execution. 

While we were previously targeting a Spring sales launch, we have since pivoted in response to evolving market conditions. The project is fully prepared for release with all materials ready for deployment; however, we are holding on launching until we determine the most strategic and opportune time to enter the market.

We are actively monitoring conditions and will provide a formal update once the timing aligns to ensure a successful sales program.
