Projects Update

Oakwood continues to move forward at a great pace as we progress through the Site Plan Approval (SPA) stage.

We are currently focused on clearing the 40 SPA conditions, each of which is essential for advancing to the next stage. Our team is working diligently to address these conditions, ensuring that every detail is taken care of for a smooth approval process.

We submitted the second site plan resubmission to City Staff on October 31, 2024, and are now awaiting comments from the City. Once we receive their feedback, we are ready to promptly resolve any outstanding concerns and keep the project moving forward. We are anticipating SPA approval by the 

Looking ahead, we are targeting the following key milestones:

• Building Permit Application: Q1 2025

With these timelines in place, we are confident that the project will continue on track for successful completion. We are targeting a sales launch by the end of Q1 2025, with our marketing team currently refining strategies to ensure a successful debut. The timing of the launch will, of course, be dependent on market conditions, and we will proceed when we feel the market is most favorable to maximize success. Our goal is to align the sales process with optimal market conditions to ensure the best possible outcome.
