The Garner Road project continues to advance following the receipt of Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment approvals. Since approval, the team has been working closely with the consulting engineer to address servicing requirements, which has involved several rounds of coordination and review with City Engineering staff.

As part of this process, a Zoning Compliance Review was submitted on December 8th, 2025, a required step prior to submitting the Site Plan Application. We are currently awaiting comments and clearance, which are anticipated in the first week of January 2026.

The approved OPA/ZBA permits a development consisting of ninety-nine residential units with two levels of underground parking. With zoning compliance nearing completion, the team is targeting submission of the first Site Plan Application in January 2026, representing the next key milestone in advancing the project toward detailed approvals.
