Projects Update

The Fonthill project is progressing steadily, and we’re excited to share the latest developments as we work toward refining and finalizing our plans.

Over the past few weeks, our team has been focused on enhancing the project’s design to better align with market needs and city expectations.

The project has received site plan approval and is currently out for construction tender. We are transitioning the development to a rental model, optimizing the design for improved feasibility and cost-effectiveness to better align with market demands. Our current focus is securing construction financing and conducting value engineering to ensure continued cost optimization throughout the process. So long as market conditions allow, we are aiming to break ground by early Q2. 

To further refine our approach, we’re working towards scheduling a pre-consultation meeting with the city to receive their feedback and ensure the revised designs align with municipal expectations.

With these improvements in motion, we’re confident that the Fonthill project is well on its way to a successful and timely progression, and we look forward to sharing more updates as we approach the next phase.
