In our last update for The Fonthill project, we shared that the team had completed the final Site Plan condition-clearing submission on October 3, 2025, following the City comments that were received on September 2, 2025.

Since then, our revised active lifestyle living concept plan was formally shared with the City on November 28, 2025, reflecting the recommendations of the updated market analysis. The project team is currently awaiting the issuance of the updated Site Plan Agreement.

We are also happy to share that the addition of one extra floor has been approved, resulting in an incremental increase of square footage for the project. This was processed and approved by the City through a formal amendment to the existing Site Plan Approval (SPA). The density enhancement materially improves the project’s overall valuation and profitability, while having no impact on the development timeline.

In parallel, and to maintain project momentum, consultants have continued advancing work on the building permit application while City feedback remains pending.

We will continue to keep partners informed as the City review progresses and the project advances toward the next phase of approvals.
