Projects Update

We are currently making some key revisions for Scenic Heights and our development team has been working hard to refine our plans.

Currently, the coordination of submission materials is being worked on for the re-design of the project. This re-design is necessary to ensure the project aligns with both our vision and the City’s requirements.

In addition, we are focusing on the timing of sanitary upgrades, which are a crucial part of the Building Permit timeline. We are working closely with the relevant teams to ensure that these upgrades are properly coordinated, keeping the project on track for future approvals.
