Projects Update

In our last update for Scenic Heights, we shared that the project is undergoing a redesign. In light of the evolving market conditions, we are currently refining the design for the project while addressing site plan conditions. The redesign aims at enhancing cost-effectiveness and ensuring we are more competitive in the market.

With these adjustments, we are now moving forward with the submission. In parallel, we have also initiated the process of severing the property.

SPA: Q4 2025
Building Permit: Q1 2026
