Projects Update

In our last update for Scenic Heights, we shared that the project was progressing through a redesign aimed at improving efficiency and overall competitiveness in the market.

Since then, the project has advanced significantly. The design has been refined to include a more efficient layout for the residential and retirement buildings (Buildings B and C). The revised concept has been approved in principle by City staff, marking a key milestone in the project’s development.

An additional Consent Application for an easement is underway as part of the remaining requirements.
