Projects Update

In our last update for Scenic Heights, we shared that the project is undergoing a redesign. In light of the evolving market conditions, we are currently refining the design for the project while addressing site plan conditions. The redesign aims at enhancing cost-effectiveness and ensuring we are more competitive in the market.

The project design has been enhanced to incorporate a more efficient layout for residential and retirement buildings (Building B and C). The revised design has been approved in principle by City staff.

Our team is currently working to clear conditions of the existing Site Plan Application for Building B and C. 

Upcoming Milestones:

Condition Clearing: Q3 2025

Timelines:

Zoning: Complete
SPA: Q4 2025
Building Permit: Q1 2026

All projected timelines are indicative and reflect current market conditions and planning assumptions. As with any development project, these estimates remain subject to change due to evolving regulatory, market, and construction environments. Accordingly, dates should be considered as targets rather than definitive deadlines.
