Projects Update

In our last update for the Cachet Woods project, we shared that the formal Site Plan resubmission had been made following extensive coordination with the City of Markham and the Region of York to address access-related comments. We also noted that, once Site Plan endorsement is received and conditions are issued, the project would proceed through condition clearing prior to execution of the Site Plan Agreement and advancement toward permitting.

Since then, a third Site Plan resubmission was completed on November 6^th, 2025, with City comments expected in Q4 2025. In parallel, the team is coordinating with the City of Markham and the Region of York to confirm adjustments to the Site Plan Application process resulting from recent provincial changes. This work is intended to ensure the most efficient path toward endorsement and maintain momentum toward approvals.
