Projects Update

We are pleased to share some exciting updates on the Cachet Woods project.

We’ve successfully secured 10,000 sq ft of medical zoning, which is a significant milestone for the development. Our application has been submitted, and the comments are expected by January 8th. The proposal includes 11,000 sq ft (gross) of medical space, which aligns with our vision for the project.

Once we receive the comments, we will have a clearer understanding of whether we can proceed with the Building Permit application or if adjustments are required, which may lead to a resubmission.

This shift to medical zoning not only increases the project’s appeal but also positively impacts the proforma, given the higher value per square foot for medical use. We look forward to the next steps and will keep you updated as we continue to move forward.
