Arrowdale (282 Stanley) – Brantford Project

In our last update for the Stanley project, we shared that the First Detailed Engineering submission had been completed and reviewed by the City, with the team advancing through Draft Plan condition clearing and preparing for subsequent engineering submissions. We also noted that servicing infrastructure upgrades would be required prior to construction, with soil remediation work successfully completed to support ongoing condition clearance.

Since then, the project has continued to progress on multiple fronts. The Second Detailed Engineering submission was formally made on November 18, 2025, and City comments are expected in end of January 2026 - Q1 2026. In parallel, the civil team remains in active correspondence with the City to confirm whether any portions of the development may be impacted by the required servicing upgrades. Further design advancement is underway to support a more detailed assessment of potential scheduling implications.

At the same time, the team has initiated Site Plan Control for the internal condo block. A Pre-Consultation application was submitted on October 15, 2025, followed by a City meeting on November 19, 2025, providing early feedback to guide the next stage of design. Remaining consultants will be retained, and a formal project coordination meeting is planned for Q1 2026, allowing the subdivision and condo components to advance in parallel.

Overall, the project continues to move forward in a coordinated manner, with engineering, planning, and site plan processes progressing simultaneously to support future approvals and execution.
