Projects Update

In our last update for Stanley, we highlighted the completion of the Draft Plan of Subdivision (DPS) and efforts towards clearing conditions for the next submission of materials in the condition clearing process.

Since then, our team submitted the First Detailed Engineering on May 9, 2025, and received comments back on July 16, 2025. Through this submission, 50 conditions were addressed and considered complete.

Looking ahead, once City comments on the initial detailed engineering submission have been addressed, we plan to submit the Second Detailed Engineering package by end of August 2025.

Zoning: Complete
SPA: Q4 2025
Building Permit: Q2 2026
