Projects Update

As we move forward into Q4 2024, we would like to provide an update on the Arrowdale Project in Brantford.

While we have encountered some challenges along the way, our commitment to progress remains unwavering.

We are pleased to report that the Draft Plan of Subdivision (DPS) has been completed. A productive kick-off meeting, led by Weston and supported by our dedicated consultant team, was held on October 30, 2024, to align our efforts and define the next steps.

Our team has also developed a comprehensive condition matrix to guide the clearing of conditions of the Draft Plan of Subdivision, and consultants are actively working on fulfilling their respective deliverables. We are aiming to submit our first condition-clearing package by late January to early February 2025, keeping us on track for continued momentum.

The DPS Application is scheduled for February 2025, and we are targeting Q2 2025 for the Site Plan Application submission. These steps are vital as we move closer to advancing the project through its next phases, and we remain focused on clearing the necessary conditions to stay on schedule.
