Arrowdale (282 Stanley) – Brantford Project

In our last update for Stanley, we highlighted the completion of the Draft Plan of Subdivision (DPS) and efforts towards clearing conditions.
We are currently in the condition clearing stage for the Stanley-Arrowdale project. We are targeting end of April as the date for the next submission of materials for the condition clearing process. The condition clearing process involves several studies and reports, and feedback and comments from the City.
We are pleased to report that most of our consultants have completed their deliverables, and we are working closely with our legal development team to receive a quote for the necessary legal services.
One of the key items that remain outstanding is soil remediation. We have scheduled a meeting with our consultant to address this, as two critical reports needed for our submission are being delayed due to the unfinished soil remediation. We are committed to resolving this as soon as possible to ensure that we remain on schedule.
