Projects Update

In our last update for 88 James, we noted that approximately 60% of the units had been sold. Currently, and due to ongoing shifts in the real estate market over the past year, sales activity has remained largely static. We are now preparing for a final launch, with the goal of reaching the 80% sales threshold. This is tentatively planned for post-spring, contingent on market conditions. At this time, there are no further updates to share.
