In our previous update on the Brant Street project, we advised that the third-cycle Site Plan submission had been completed, that the City had issued its comprehensive Site Plan Application comments, and that the project team had implemented targeted value-engineering initiatives to optimize efficiency and overall project performance. This included the removal of one level of underground parking and an increase in overall density and Net Saleable Area, an approach that was discussed with the City and received preliminary support.
Since then, the revised design reflecting these changes has been reviewed by ownership, finance, and the project planner. Consultants have been instructed to finalize revisions to the drawings to address all outstanding comments. The Site Plan resubmission was completed on November 28, 2025, and the project team is now awaiting further feedback from the City as the file advances toward final approval.
As the project moves closer to final Site Plan Approval, the team remains focused on efficiently addressing City feedback while ensuring the development is positioned to respond to prevailing market conditions at the time of construction.
