As we approach the close of 2024, we are thrilled to share the progress of the 688 Brant Street Project in Burlington with our partners.

We are advancing through the Site Plan Approval (SPA) process, currently in Cycle 2, with the second submission comments from the city having been received on November 29, 2024. Additionally, our Minor Variance Application, submitted on October 30, 2024, was deemed complete on December 10, 2024 (File Number: A-097-2024). With these important steps behind us, we are now focused on refining the project and ensuring all goes smoothly in the new year. During the October 10, 2024, meeting with the city, we discussed potential changes to the Brant and Blairholm Avenue intersection, which may impact the site's exit route. We are actively engaging with the city to find the best solution.

Looking ahead, we are targeting Cycle 3 of the Site Plan Resubmission for Q1 2025, with the goal of going to sales by Q2 of 2025, followed by the building permit, subject to the conditions of the current market. Although a few minor adjustments are being made, the project remains on track.
