1944 Bradley London Project
LONDON

17.11.2025

In our last update for the Bradley project, we shared that the project was progressing steadily following the City meeting in June 2025, with consultant teams addressing initial review comments and advancing toward the First Detailed Engineering Submission. We also noted that preparations were underway for the Condo Block through the City’s pre-consultation process and that coordination with adjacent landowners would follow as the engineering review advanced.

Since then, an architect was retained and a Pre-Consultation submission for the Condo Block was completed on October 15th, 2025, followed by a city meeting held on November 20th, 2025. The outcome of this meeting helped confirm design limitations and permissions within the condo block, and revisions are now underway in preparation for a kickoff meeting on December 18th, 2025 - Q4 2025. In parallel, following the City’s review of the detailed engineering submission, the team will reconnect with the adjacent property owners, Drewlo, to coordinate civil servicing in line with recent correspondence and technical requirements.

These steps continue to advance both the subdivision and the Phase 2 Condo Block in parallel, positioning the project for upcoming submissions and approvals.
