We are pleased to share the latest developments on the project:

  • Refined Design for Enhanced Efficiency
    The project design has been strategically refined to improve overall efficiency and increase the gross floor area. These enhancements strengthen the project’s long-term viability and ensure alignment with our development objectives.
  • Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) Submission
    The ZBA application has been formally submitted and circulated to all relevant City departments. We anticipate receiving consolidated staff comments by August 22, 2025, which will guide the next phase of approvals.
  • Site Plan Approval (SPA) Advancing in Parallel
    In coordination with the City, we’ve been granted approval to proceed with the Site Plan Approval process concurrently. Our goal is to finalize and secure SPA approval by the end of this year.
  • Strong Municipal Support
    We’ve engaged directly with City staff and local Councillors, all of whom are aligned and supportive of the project. ELITE has met with them to ensure continued collaboration and momentum as we move forward.
