We are pleased to share that we have successfully received Conditional Site Plan Approval for Upper James, a significant milestone in the development process.
Additionally, our Minor Variance Application was also submitted in August 2024, ensuring we remain aligned with zoning requirements and are on track for the next steps.
Currently, we are in the phase of Site Plan Resubmission (Cycle 2), which is scheduled for Q1 2025. During this phase, we are diligently compiling all revisions and responding to the City's comments to ensure the submission aligns with their feedback.
Looking ahead, the following milestones are in place:
- Site Plan Resubmission (Cycle 2): Q1 2025
- Site Plan Resubmission (Cycle 3): Q2 2025
- Site Plan Approval: Q3 2025
- Building Permit Application: Q4 2025
